He was predeceased by: his father Chester John Maynard; and his grandparents, Robert John Maynard, Eunice Marie Maynard, Susan Duvilla Taylor (Roberts) and Samuel Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Parker Maynard; his daughters, Stephanie Plew, Chassity Merimon and Danielle Maynard; his grandchildren, Josh Cravens, Michaela, Laney, Emjay Plew, Bailey, Railey Coleman, Jack Merimon, Dallas Marsh and Gabby Marsh; his great grandchildren, Emery Campbell, Wyatt Stoneking, Finlee Cannon, Nicholas and Dixon Kibby; and his siblings, Gerald Maynard (Judy), Debra Dolloff (Robert), Pam Grammer (Mark), Beth Carter (Boyd), Stephanie Miller (Terry Dean) and Sam Maynard (Cathy).
