He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Davis and Francis June Davis (Porter); his brother David Charlie Davis; and his nephew Jeremy Lee Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Davis; his children, Cody Davis (Brandy) of Richards, Darla Bottoms (Jason) of Eureka, Kacey Nored (John) of Moyers and Clay Carter (Jessica) of Rattan, Oklahoma; his sister Sharon Kinder of Antlers, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Taylor Davis, Tripp Davis, Karley Horn, Jillian Nored, Clayci Carter, Aubrey Carter, Kolt Bottoms and Raeleigh Lang. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund in Clinton's name.
