She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Ina Alexander and Edward Tankersley; her siblings, Margarette Ann Blue, Danny Joe Blue, Rodney Waymon Blue, Rita Faye Ward, Debbie Johnson and Randy Tankersley; and her stepfather Roy Wayman Blue.

She is survived by: her husband Randell F. Frazier; her children, Randall W. Frazier (Mary) of Antlers and Natasha Akard of Antlers, OK; her sisters, Sandy Tankersley of Claymore, OK and Rachel Tankersley Butler (Wes) of Sapulpa, OK; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Brown (Taylor) of Idabel, OK, Elissa Kuykendall (Justin) of Antlers, Takoda Frazier and Chelsie Macy of Caddo, OK; and her great grandchildren, Dasan Brown and Everleigh Kuykendall. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
