He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley H. Sutterfield and Viola Sutterfield (Payne); his sons, Timothy and Joseph; and his granddaughter Heather Sutterfield.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his daughter Angela Sanchez of Hugo, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Christian Brownrigg, Kaylynn Lester of Ada, Makatlynn, Mateo Sanchez of Hugo, Oklahoma, Kase Burton, Madison Hickson and Desmend Rhodes; his son-in-law Mateo Sanchez of Hugo, Oklahoma; and his close friend Alan Pelt.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Funeral Home Chapel (303 N 2nd St, Hugo, OK 74743).
