He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Clark and Cassie Clark (Sullivan); his sister Billie; and his grandparents, George and Mary Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Clark; his children, David Clark (Karol) of Colorado Springs, CO, Mary Rodgers (John) of Minco, OK, Robert Atkinson of San Francisco, CA and Lori Atkinson of New Orleans, LA; his sisters, Susan Pena of Oklahoma City, OK, Laura Harris of Yukon, OK and Teddie Cassell of Henryetta, OK; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Colton and Ian. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and relatives.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the family requests that all in attendance wear a mask and practice social distancing to protect family members with weakened immune systems.
