He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Stewart of Ada, OK; his wife Bettie Jean Payton; his siblings, Don W. Payton of Antlers, OK and Twila V. Heidelberg (Steve) of Ada, OK; and his cousins, David W. Payton of Texas, Bill Payton of Utah and Kimmie Payton of Utah.
