He is survived by: his daughter Tedi Renae Horner; his siblings, Shannon Wilson, Charles Ray Wallace, Jr., Debbie Wilson Forsythe and Sheila Gail Culbertson (Todd); and his grandchildren, Tristyn Wayne Young and Andi Yvonne Young.
