With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andy Rogers of Antlers, Oklahoma, born in Carnegie, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 18, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claud Rogers and Alice Rogers (Johnson); his brothers, Billy Rogers and Otho Rogers; his great grandchild Hunter Scott Jr.; his nephews, Brad Rogers and Shane Murry; his parents-in-law, Leroy and Lorene Carter; and his brothers-in-law, Sam Carter and Don Murry.
He is survived by: his spouse Jan Rogers; his children, Andy Rogers (Suzi) of Sulphur Springs, TX, Jana Tallant (Todd) of Mineral Springs, AR and Jami Scott (Donald) of McAlester, OK; his grandchildren, Whitney Grand-Lienard (Jim) of Sulphur Springs, TX, Kalea Crotzer (Michael) of Josephine, TX, Magen Smelser (Richard) of Nashville, AR, Shelbi Smith (Dillon) of Nashville, AR, Hunter Scott (Hope) of McAlester, OK, Blake Scott (Lyndee) of Blocker, OK, Cody Scott (Hailey) of McAlester, OK and Felisha Starns (Jayden) of McAlester, OK; his great grandchildren, Kinley, Quinn, Easton, Makena, Sadie, Kaden, Mallory, Tessa, Rylee, Trenton, Aryah, Drew, Kade, Kaine, Katherine and Liam; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Carter (Mary), Kay Rogers, Chyrle Murry and Glenda Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Andy's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and Hall Cemetery.
