He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis R. Monroe and Alta Odell Bennett. He is survived by: his son Michael A. Monroe (Kay) of Lawton, Oklahoma; his siblings, Ronnie Ray Monroe (Sisty) of Antlers, Oklahoma, Billie Jean Owen of Hugo and Linda Odell Perryman (Floyd) of Hugo, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Madeline Monroe of Lawton and Allison Monroe of Lawton, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous Nephews, Nieces, Cousins, and other relatives and friends.
