She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee Norwood and Goldie Nuckols Norwood; her husband Andrew Tillis; her children, Gary Tillis, Vince Tillis and Brigitte Tillis; her siblings, Geraldine Dixon, Marlene Foster, Algerine Starks and Willie Lloyd Norwood; her grandchildren, Keenan Perry and Rosalind Geionety; and her great grandchildren, Levon McClellan IV and Cherish Tillis.
She is survived by: her children, Rosalind Perry (William) of Charleston, Trina Byrd of Anadarko, Keith Tillis, Damean Tillis (Kay'Lee) of Anadarko, Reginald Tillis of Killeen and Virgil Tillis of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
