She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Noah (Ray) and Amanda Noah (Watson); her spouse Mervyn Paul Zumwalt of Anadarko; her daughter E'Vonne Rae Zumwalt; her stepdaughter Mervala Zumwalt; her grandchildren, Paris Jade Burdex and Rome Noah Churchill; her brother Leonard Noah (Mary); her nieces and nephews, Carmelita Sanchez, Alejondrina Celeste Sanchez, Laytoya Salinas, Atalya Noah, Dyani Sanchez, Kyndall Shane Noah, Chadwick Noah and Landon Noah; and her sisters, Eleonora Que Noah and Charlotte Salinas.
She was a recipient of a George Washington medal from the Freedoms Foundation of Valley Forge.
