She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Pettitt and Inez Pettitt (Lewis); and her brothers, Kenneth Pettitt and Terry Pettitt. She is survived by: her husband Gary Mills; her children, Kelli LaRue (Preston) and Geoffrey Mills; her grandchildren, Greysen Mills, Kaylin LaRue and Paxton LaRue; and her sister Shari Lamunyon.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (1610 C St, Ardmore, OK 73401). She enjoyed working with her hands, making gifts for the family and sewing; she even made masks for friends and family during covid.
