He is survived by: his wife Mary Williams of Oklahoma City, OK; his siblings, Edward Tartsah, Norman Tartsah Jr. and Mary Ann Tartsah; his aunts, Sharla Rivera of El Reno, OK and Alexis Diaz of Blanchard, OK; and his uncle Leonard Williams Sr. of El Reno, OK.
