He is survived by: his mother Karen of Anadarko, OK.; his brothers, Troy Johanntoberns (Monica), Mark Johanntoberns of Anadarko and Thomas Goombi (Tonya) of Yukon, OK.; his children, Thomas Kaulaity (Dominique) of Albuquerque, Tiana Earnette Kaulaity and Nicole Dimas of Albuquerque, NM; and his aunt Glenda Redbird of Anadarko, OK.. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles.
