We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2021, at the age of 94, Thelma Walker in Anadarko, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thelma Walker to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lucas and Opal Bertha Milar Lucas; her siblings, Frank Lowry and Mildred Lucas Hill; her brother-in-law Kenneth Hill; her brother Robert A Lucas (Bobby); and her son-in-law Gary Gerst.

She is survived by: her husband James L. Walker; her children, Michael (Laura Walker) of Allen, Anita Sue Matlock (Donald) of Anadarko, Deborah Lynne Gerst and John Reese of Anadarko, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Michelle Matlock (Justin Demattie), Beth (Matt Veasel), April McCann (Greg), Jason (Alison Gerst) and Brian (Jessica Murray); her great grandchildren, Aspen, Seth Austin of Edmond, Corbin McCann of Edmond, Brendon Taylor, Taylor Holmes of Chickasha, Brittany Taylor, Cole Kirby, Stacie Demattic, Averie Turley of Edmond, Kodi Gerst, Jude Gerst, Knox Gerst of Stratford, Erika and Alex Sage of Gracemont; and her great great grandchild Kynzleigh Taylor.

There will be no services at this time due to Covid, but later a Celebration of Life will be held among her family members and friends.
