She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack O. Smith and Joyce Smith (Sharp); and her husband Dennis Green (Weatherford). She is survived by: her son Caleb of Anadarko; her siblings, Peggy Lee of Stillwater, Donna Willits of Branson, Missouri, Jackie Smith of Elgin and Ronnie Smith of Mustang; and her nieces and nephews, Dusty Willits, Robin Dietrich, Laney Holt, Shara Sage, Blue Willits, Ronnie Lee and Mickael Lee. She is also survived by several cousins other relatives and friends.
