He was predeceased by: his parents, Neal William Burk and Lois Pauline Ryans Burk; and his son Ronny Burk. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kay Johnston; his close friend Nancy Bryant of Geronimo; his daughter-in-law Shelly Burk of Lawton; his brothers, Roger Neal Burk (Helen), James Burk (Joyce), Larry Burk (Barbara) and Donnie Burk (Donna); his grandchildren, Brittani Burk, Braden Burk, Brennan Burk, Braylee Burk and Chelo Arce; and his great grandchildren, Nataleigh and Riot. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
