He is survived by: his children, Rudy Michael Bantista (Lorraine) of New Mexico, Ronald Bantista, Raymond Bantista, Ramona Quoetone of Tulsa and Renee of Medford; his grandchildren, Galela Dalby (Michael) of Anadarko, Doran Black of Tulsa, Mason Frakes of Tulsa, Benjamin Bantista of Tahlequah, Rebecca Panther, Christine Panther, Willie Panther of Tahlequah, Michael, Sarah, Yhvah Bantista, Elena Bantista, Tegan and Kaudletallee; and his great grandchildren, Kateri, Wyatt Dalby of Anadarko and Ico Bantista of Tahlequah.
