She is survived by: her father Herman Myers of Anadarko; her daughter Amanda Skipworth Carlile (Brock) of Pauls Valley; her grandchildren, Ava, Ellie, Britton and Luke Carlile of Pauls Valley; her nephew DeeJay Henderson (Meredith) of Anadarko; and her niece DeAnne Schultz (Kevin) of Anadarko. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles, and countless friends.
