He is survived by: his parents, Modelle Lillian and Otis Franklin Allen; his brothers, Curtis Merle Allen of McAllen and John Robert Allen of McAllen Texas; his wife Linda Lou Allen of Anadarko; his children, Louvaughan Chedester, Greg Chedester of Harrah, Cindy Moore, Rick Moore of Anadarko, Brent Allen, Dee Allen of Mesa, Ginny Rummel, Brian Rummel of Dickinson, Diana Sopp and Tom Sopp of Harwood; and his aunt Lucille Allen of Sun City. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
