She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd W. Epton and Grace Epton (Anderson); her husband William E. Mahaffey; and her son Dennis Mahaffey. She is survived by: her children, Edgar Mahaffey of Anadarko, Mark Mahaffey of Seminole, Texas and Sharon Shank of Linden, Texas; and her brother John Epton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
