She is survived by: her husband Raymond Self of El Reno, OK; her children, Daylond Self (Nicole) of Yukon, OK, Chris Self (Desirae) of El Reno, OK and Michael Self (Ashten) of El Reno, OK; her grandchildren, Breckyn, Harper, Crue and Noah; and her siblings, Cindy Burks (Robert) of Anadarko, OK and Bobby Guinn of Anadarko, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
