He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Leila Belle Crouch (Callaway); and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Kay Crouch; his daughters, Crystal Crouch, Kylia Crouch, Kaci Crouch of Moore, OK and Marina Popova (Dima) of Omsk; his siblings, Dale Crouch (Sandy) of Sand Springs, OK and Lynne Woodrell (Woody) of Manteca, CA.; and his grandchildren, Ashton Burkhead of Tulsa, OK and Gabriel Laureano. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
