He was predeceased by: his mother Neoma Ella Waitley (Gilbert) of Fort Cobb, OK; his daughters, Pamela Lyn, Denise Kay Waitley and Carolyn Elizabeth (Trent Lumpkin) of Anadarko, OK.; his father John Waitley; and his son Loyal Waitley, Jr. of Lee's Summit, MO.
He is survived by: his sisters, Zelma May and Deborah Jean Waitley; his former wife Janice Kay McCullough; his wife Patricia Ann Waitley (Hoyt); and his sister Debi (Brian Bourland) of Lawry City, MO..
