He is survived by: his son Justin; his daughter-in-law Amanda Wakefield of Gracemont, OK.; his daughter Angela Dawn; his son-in-law Steve Capshew of Washita, OK.; his grandchildren, Waylon (Sofia) and Zackery Hawkins (Amanda Hawkins); and his great grandchildren, Kyler, Kolten, Micheal and Alyiss.
