He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Francis and Peggy Francis (Abolt); his daughters, Tammy Francis and Tiffany Francis; and his sister Connie Crawford.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Francis; his daughters, Toye Cornell (Diane), Kim Hartson (Tony) and Summer Weber (Gene); and his grandchildren, Jessica Berry (Deane), Tori Ross (Donte), Jordan Francis, Jory Thompson (Asher), Wade Francis and Justice Francis. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; as well as many extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (1115 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (700 W Petree Rd, Anadarko, OK 73005). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the Memory Lane Cemetery (2324 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005).
