He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Lilliam Bartlett (Miller) and Bobby Bartlett; his siblings, Bandera Price and Judson Price; his father-in-law James Vinyard; and his niece Claudette Vinyard Hedrick.
He is survived by: his wife Sonya Bartlett of Anadarko, OK; his sons, Peanut Joel Bartlett, Louis Toppah (Mallory) and Travis White (Courtney); his grandchild Pasley White; his sister Belinda (Rick Wall) of Tahlequah, OK.; his nephews, Bradley Dean Howe of Tahlequah, OK and Aaron Shane Howe of New Port, VA; his niece Stephanie Howe of Fort Gibson, OK; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Saige Tiner, Serendpity Howe, Ashtyn Howe, Sabetha Vinyard, Memphis Tiner, Blake Howe, Buddy Vinyard and Kevin Vinyard, Jr.; his mother-in-law Joyce Vinyard of Anadarko, OK; and his brother-in-law Kevin Vinyard.
