He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bobby Owen and Christina Owen of Anadarko, OK; his wife Mary Elaine Smith; his children, Dale (Vanessa Owen), Ashley Owen (Robert Codopony) and Johnathon Owen; his grandchildren, Dylan, Cheyanne Owen, George and Emma Codopony of Yukon, OK; his siblings, Wayne (Teena Owen), Michael Owen, Lori (Todd Sneed) and Numerous; and his grandparents, Hugh, Lottie Owen, Buck and Mae Blackburn. He was also cherished by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
