He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rogers and Opal Rogers; and his sons, Quentin and Nick (Nick). He is survived by: his former wife Angela Altis; his wife Dianne Smith; his daughter Tonya Foltz (Jon) of Denver; his daughter-in-law Frances Rogers of Moore; his siblings, Leroy (Louise), Kaye Crawford (Shelby) of Anadarko and LaDonna Rogers of Anadarko; and his grandchildren, Lochen, Jameson Foltz and Constance Stidham. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
