We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2022, at the age of 80, Janie Sue Appleton of Anadarko, Oklahoma, born in Lawton, Oklahoma passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janie Sue Appleton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel McCarty and Pauline McCarty (Wyatt); her spouse Jackie Leon Appleton; and her brothers, Herbert and Monte McCarty.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia LaNae Emmett of Lawton and Shawn Daniel (Sara Appleton) of Lawton; her granddaughters, Chelsey (Ben Bench) and Madison Appleton Lawton; her great grandchildren, Brooks Bench and Basie Bench; and her sisters, Carol Neal of Oklahoma City and Shirley Sanders of Chickasha. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
