He was predeceased by: his parents, Letha Luvina Whitlow (Morrow) and Elmer W. Whitlow; his siblings, Alfred Whitlow (Bud) and Mary Sue Black (Whitlow); and his brother-in-law Dennis Wilkerson.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, James Brent Whitlow (Michelle Jackson-Vess) of Oklahoma City, OK and Kelli Whitlow of Anadarko, OK; his granddaughters, Micah Whitlow of Norman and Ava Whitlow of Oklahoma City, OK; his sisters-in-law, Dian Whitlow of Gracemont, OK and Jayme Wilkerson of Cyril, OK; his nieces, Teresa Matthews (Wayman) of Gracemont, OK and Lori Wilkerson of Paragould, AR; and his nephew Steven Whitlow of Pioneer, OK.
