He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Ray Hobgood and Elba Devear Hobgood (Haynes); his siblings, Robert Allen Hobgood, Ronnie Paul Hobgood and Kathy Laverne Hobgood; his grandchildren, Sheena Lynn Secrest and Travis Lee Cunningham; and his son-in-law Terry Dean Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Joyce" Milam; his children, Tammy Cunningham of Verden, Alan Hobgood of Anadarko and Mark Hobgood (Jo); his sisters, Wenoma Vonceal Boatwright of Oklahoma City and Yvonnia Sue Minton of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Levi, TJ, Heaven, Tommy and Samantha; and his pet Slingshot.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Verden First Baptist Church (120 US-62, Verden, OK 73092).
