He is survived by: his wife Sandy Jones of Anadarko, OK; his children, Dustin Smith, Dwayne Smith, Austin Jones and Clarissa Lewis; his grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Jayden Smith, Jacob Jones, Abigail Jones, Aubrey Lewis and Logan Lewis; his stepmother Edna Smith; and his sisters, Charlotte Smith, Sonya Gore, Janet Smith, Carol Hawks, Debbie Palesano, Patsy Schull and Shirley Tontz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
