He was predeceased by: his parents, Dovie Tustison (Stevenson) and Ernest James Tustison; his wife Patsy Ruth of Binger, Oklahoma.; and his children, Charles Aaron and Peggy Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Tustison, Jr. (Grace) of St George, Carol Floyd (James) of Tulsa and Ruth Oliphant (Terry) of Anadarko; his siblings, Robert Tustison (Mary Alice) of Richfield and Norma Johnson (Chris) of Carson City, Nevada.; and also Songa Tustison of Seattle, Washington. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
