She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Laughter and Abbie Laughter (Atene); and her husband Barry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Sheila Greymountain (Bufford) of Green River, WY and Dwight Smith (Charlotte) of Farmington, NM; her grandchildren, Abigail, Naomi, Alysha, Allie, Christian, Abby and Elijah; and her stepgrandchildren, Dexter, Mercedes, Bufford Jr., Tristan, Porscha, Bryson, Darrius, Preston and Faith.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Red Stone Baptist Church.
