She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hendrix and May Dell McBride (Jandon); and her brothers, Victor Cohlmia and Larry McBride. She is survived by: her former husband Timothy Cook; her husband Tim Cook; her daughters, Terri Salisbury (Ken) of Vici, OK. and Randi Sweet (James) of Vici, OK.; her grandchildren, Neil Salisbury, Newt Sweet and Kelli James; her great grandchildren, Timothy Ryker Ray Williams and Kodi Lane James; and her brother Winford McBride (Vicki).
