He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank James Moore Sr. and Mary Ellen Moore (Pollard); his wife Helen Pauline Rine; and his siblings, Rose Mary, Anne and John Patrick.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Garth Christian of Anadarko, OK, Gary Christian of Anadarko, OK and Gay Ridenour of Anadarko, OK; and his great great grandchild Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Feed the Children.
