He is survived by: his wife Solange "Mimi" Stephens of Phoenix, Arizona; his children, Eric Stephens (Tabitha) of Anadarko and Jennifer Marie Stephens of Canada; his sisters, Christina Stephens of Anadarko, Elizabeth "Annie" Tissychy of Anadarko, Mary Ahdunko of Anadarko, Martha McCurdy of Hardin, Amy Gomez of Watonga, Roxanne Coker (Darin) of Anadarko and Carol Jean McCurdy of Chickasha; his grandchildren, Gianna Stephens, Mathew Stephens, Nathan Stephens, Alexia and Angelina; and his stepchildren, Lynn Kremer, Jerry Eaves, BIlly Eaves and Jason Eaves.
