She is survived by: her mother Lois Haumpy Swift; her husband Anthony Sage of Valentine's Day; and her siblings, Charles Eastman Perez Negron, Glenn "Ace" Haumpy, Pau Tahlee Haumpy, Anthony Madderra, Robert Komardley, Andrew Madderra, Kimberly Crispin, Misti Haumpy, Christi Haumpy, Mary Ellen Lindsey, Stephanie Chaney, Doni Bertsch and Addison Cloud.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ray and Martha's Funeral Home (1115 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005). A wake was held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Ware's Chapel United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at the Rock Spring Cemetery.
