He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Gage and Edna Gage; his wife Phyllis O'Donley; and his brother Cecil Gage. He is survived by: his children, Gary (Ann), Kelly Adkins (David) and Connie Hillerman (Karl) of Norman; his grandchildren, Ryan Gage (Amanda) of Norman, Grant Gage of Norman, Taylor Perry (Tyler) of Noble, Carey-Jayne Weingartner (Josh) of Oklahoma City, Andrew Jimerson (Traci) of Norman, Julianne Christiansen (Andy) of Oklahoma City, Savannah Hillerman of Moore and Gage Hillerman of Oklahoma City; and his sister Lavon Monk. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the First Baptist Church.
