He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William and Margaret Fanning (Finch); and his brother Tommy Fanning (Emma). He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Fogle; his children, Paul (Kris), Mark (Sandy) of Perkins, OK, Renny of Binghamton, NY and Beverly Hocker of Wills Point, TX; his grandchildren, Russell Fanning (Melissa), Carter Fanning (AJ), Courtney Fanning, Cody Fanning, Nick Langilotti, Kyle Fanning, Heather Hocker, Halie King, Dalton Hocker and Shelby Hocker; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, William, Claire, Allison, Dean, Karlee of Kenlie, TJ, Emaleigh and Walker.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ray and Martha's Funeral Home (1115 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Foster Cemetery.
