It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joan Campbell (Anadarko, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Ahboah and Julia Ahboah; her husband L'Roy Campbell; and her brothers, Donald Ray Ahboah and Bobby Ahboah.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Campbell; her grandsons, Lorenzo IV (Lou) of San Francisco, David Salazar and Robert Salazar (Nidia) of Fort Worth, Texas; her great grandchild Isla Sophia Salazar of Fort Worth; her son-in-law Lorenzo Salazar III of Colleyville, Texas; her sisters-in-law, Linda Ahboah of Oklahoma City, Ruth Thompson of Durant, Joan Griffith of Wichita Falls and Mary F. Smith of Anadarko, Oklahoma; and her cousins, Karen Jo Deason of Apache and Blas Preciado, Jr. of Anadarko. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews, as well as extended family.
