He was predeceased by: his great grandchild William Izzy; his parents, Wayne B. Tawkoyty Sr. and Marlene J. Komalty Tawkoyty; his grandmother Vena Ware Komalty; his brothers, Wayne B. Tawkoyty Jr., Kevin Tawkoyty and Max Harry Tawkoyty; and also Jewel Aitson Tawkoyty.
He is survived by: his close friend Carol Pewewardy; his sisters, Evangelist Gayla Taylor of Lawton, OK, Carla J. Tawkoyty of Lawton, OK, Lula Tawkoyty of Anadarko, OK and Eva Morris of Cyril, OK; his stepdaughters, Ursula Casey and Yalisha Casey; and his grandchildren, Nolan Parker, Roddy Churchill, Roslyn Churchill and Ziah CaseyMany. He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (1115 S Mission St, Anadarko, OK 73005). A wake was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ware's Chapel United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Ware's Cemetery.
