He was predeceased by: his parents, P. N. Johnson and Minnie Johnson (Shaw); his wife Glenda Gregory; and his children, LaJohna and Richard.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Steele of Burleson, TX. and Jimmy Dale Johnson (Arlene) of Enid; his sister Sue Gilliam of Chickasha; and his caregiver Tori. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ames Cemetery.
