He is survived by: his sons, Chad Simon (Halah) of Alva and Jeff Simon (Jamie) of Alva; his stepdaughters, Tisha Mayfield of Oklahoma City and Michelle Mayfield of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Scott Simon (Tabitha) of Enid, Patti Alder (David) of Oklahoma City and Mary Lou Barton (Brad) of Tulsa; and his stepmother Carolyn Simon of Enid. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) for cancer research.
