He was predeceased by: his aunt Allison Zimmerman; and his uncle Jason Polk. He is survived by: his parents, Drew and Ashley of Alva; his grandparents, Rick, Janet Cunningham of Alva, Jan Murray of Alva and Robert Murray of Aline; his uncles, Brett Cunningham (Kasey) of Edmond and Tanner Cunningham (Erin) of Oklahoma City; and his cousins, Jayden, Cloey, Lenyx Cunningham, Brooklynn and Zane Zimmerman. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
