He is survived by: his children, Gage Alexander, Katelin Rose, Sydney Grace and Jagger Evan Thomas; his wife Stacy; his father Larry Failes; his grandfather Doug Kranz; his sister Tonya Tullis; his half-sisters, Jennifer Hackler, Amantha and Rebecca Sanborn; his aunt Dana Franklin; his uncles, Steve Simon (Jackie) and Robert "Bob" Sanborn; his nieces, Jadyn and Keyauna Heidrick; and his great-nephew Cayden Reed.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to a Love Fund for the family may be made through the funeral home.
