He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Amos and Lorina Magdalena Margaretha Bodenschatz (Lohmann); and his brother David Bodenschatz. He is survived by: his former wife Connie Sue Graves; his wife Glenna Mae Hendricks; his close friend Glenna Mae Hendricks; his daughters, Jennifer Hess (Scott) of Alva and Tanya Franklin (Glenn) of Enid; his stepchildren, Connie Foote (Tom) of Alva, Becky McCray (Joe) of Hopeton and Mike Allen of Cleo Springs; his grandchildren, Rhett Hess of Alva, Riley Hess (Morgan) of Chapin, Xavier Franklin of Enid, Xcell Franklin of Enid and Xon Franklin of Enid; and his stepgrandchildren, Colton Foote of Alva, Trevor Foote of Alva, Gina McDonald of Fairview and Tim Allen (Jen) of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
