He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon L. Penner and Sarah Penner (Hiebert); and his siblings, Earlin Penner, Erma "Pinkey" Longhofer and Evelena Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Joy Kinnard of Alva; his sons, Gary Penner of Claremore, Jamey Penner (Diane) of Alva and Mike Penner (Michelle) of Cherokee; his grandchildren, Brandon Penner (Maddie) of Owasso, Andrew Penner (Ann) of Allen, Ryan Penner (Shayla) of Minco, Trenton Penner (Heather) of Dacoma, Mitch Penner (Lisa) of Burlington, Chelsey Riley (Jeff) of Yukon and Jordan Penner of Cherokee; and his great grandchildren, Emily Penner, Charlie Penner, Henry Penner, Michael Penner, Jaxon Penner, Lydia Penner, Brantley Penner, Gracelyn Penner, Samuel Riley and Gus Penner. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
