He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Rose and Mabel Rose (Rogers); and his siblings, Mart, Everett, Carl, Charlie, Buster, Donald, Richard Rose, Lavina Rich, Dorothy Young, Hope Ferrell and Rosalie Hatfield.
He is survived by: his wife Stella E. Rose (Beckwith); his sons, Allan Neal Hankey, Alan Hankey and Robert Rose; his great grandchild Elzie Cochran; his children, Steven Hankey (Melinda) of Settle and Robin Cochran (Mick) of Okeene; and his grandchildren, Kara Laubach (Brandon), Loni Schultz (Brandon) and Mickey Cochran (Reagan). He is also survived by grandchildren and families, Three Hankey grandchildren.
